Born out of despair - Why I do what I do...
Many years ago I experienced one of those periods in my life where I simply wasn’t experienced in, or equipped to deal with, the circumstances around me. The fledgling business I'd poured my heart into I had to close and I found it to be very painful. I vowed at that time that I would do all in my power to learn how to prevent that happening and then help others so that I could maybe prevent another family going through what my family and I went through.
Thus my life is coaching and mentoring and generally helping business owners because I do not want the ricochet of business failure hurting anyone else.
If you are ‘brave’ enough to reach out and ask for help then you have my total respect – way too few who could use it ever ask and bring upon them more pain and difficulty than they need to! And I have a ‘programme’ to help you.
Coaching - A Personal Journey
Over the last 25+ years I have refined a process that achieves tremendous results and I know that if you are willing to invest in yourself and to put the work in, the current difficulties can be turned around.
There is no quick fix, there is no magic wand and I am not here to do it for you. However, for those who are brave and humble enough to step up I will meet you more tha halfway and I will always 100% GUARANTEE my work.

I work with individuals and business owners who are committed to making a change… typically businesses circa £500k+ turnover… although 1:1 Executive Coaching is ‘Personal’. This journey of self develoment is personal. There are no 'right' or 'wrong' ways merely a learning. I do not have all of the answers nor do I pretend ever to not make 'mistakes' however I always work with loving intent.
